About the Role

You’ll train to become an Advanced Practitioner Business Coach, learning how to guide health practitioners through the specific challenges of growing sustainable, successful practices. What You’ll Do

Business Coaching & Practitioner Development

• Coach practitioners on attracting their ideal clients and building authentic relationships
• Guide them in developing clarity around their purpose, target market, and unique value
• Help practitioners overcome common business challenges—pricing, marketing, client retention
• Support them in creating compelling service packages and scaling sustainably
• Facilitate breakthrough thinking around the barriers holding their practice back

Structured Learning & Growth

• Receive comprehensive training in the specific challenges health practitioners face
• Learn proven methodologies for growing nutrition and functional medicine practices
• Access structured mentorship from senior coaches who specialise in this sector

Who You Are

Essential Qualifications

• Advanced NLP Practitioner certification (or equivalent advanced coaching qualification)
• Proven track record as a business coach with measurable client success (minimum 3-5 years)
• Experience coaching service-based businesses or health/wellness professionals preferred
• Genuine passion for helping practitioners build successful, sustainable businesses
• Understanding of or willingness to deeply learn the nutrition and functional medicine industry
