You’ll handle inquiries, provide demonstrations, and offer helpful solutions to improve user confidence. A warm, patient manner and good attention to detail are essential.

You are dedicated to exceptional customer service and bring strong English and interpersonal skills to every interaction. You have practitioner experience or formal training in health and wellness, and a genuine passion for helping others grow. In this role, you’ll nurture our practitioner community, facilitate engagement, and ensure members feel supported, informed, and inspired.
