Customer Care Specialist
We’re looking for someone who truly enjoys helping others and takes pride in clear, friendly communication. You’ll be the first point of contact for practitioners and clients, guiding them through the Wellsum software and ensuring a smooth, positive experience. You’ll handle inquiries, provide demonstrations, and offer helpful solutions to improve user confidence. A warm, patient manner and good attention to detail are essential.
Community Manager
You are dedicated to exceptional customer service and bring strong English and interpersonal skills to every interaction. You have practitioner experience or formal training in health and wellness, and a genuine passion for helping others grow. In this role, you’ll nurture our practitioner community, facilitate engagement, and ensure members feel supported, informed, and inspired.
