Practitioner Support Specialist (Qualified Nutritionist)

About the Role

Join our UK-based support team as a qualified nutritionist helping fellow practitioners succeed with Wellsum. You’ll be the first point of contact for practitioners and their clients, providing expert guidance, technical support, and genuine understanding of the day-to-day challenges they face—because you’re living it too.

What You’ll Do

Practitioner Support

• Provide first-line support to nutritionists and functional medicine practitioners using Wellsum
• Guide users through software features with patience and clarity
• Conduct software demonstrations and onboarding sessions for new practitioners
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions
• Share best practices from your own clinical experience using the platform

Client Support

• Assist practitioners’ clients with accessing their apps, resources, and health plans
• Provide friendly, clear guidance on using client-facing features
• Resolve queries promptly and professionally
• Ensure a smooth, positive experience for everyone interacting with Wellsum

Knowledge & Feedback

• Identify common user challenges and suggest improvements to the product team
• Create helpful resources, guides, and FAQs based on real user needs
• Stay updated on platform features and updates
• Contribute practitioner insights that shape product development

Who You Are

Essential Qualifications

• Qualified nutritionist, nutritional therapist, or functional medicine practitioner (BANT, CNHC, or equivalent registration)
• Currently using Wellsum clinic software in your own practice (or committed to implementing it)
• Genuine passion for helping fellow practitioners succeed
• Patient, empathetic, and skilled at explaining technical concepts clearly
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

• Problem-solver who enjoys finding practical solutions
• Comfortable with technology and learning new software
• Experience in customer service, support, or training roles (helpful but not required)
• Understanding of the challenges practitioners face in building and running a practice

Remuneration: Competitive, dependent on experience and FTE commitment
